The Bradshaw Law Group tries wherever possible, to bill flat fees as opposed to hourly rates. The following are a range of flat fees.  There are many factors involved in pricing flat fees and these are not firm offers.

Flat Fee Pricing for a Private Placement Memorandum

The Bradshaw Law group can prepare your private placement memorandum (“PPM”) for a flat fee as low as $15,000 (under certain circumstances) if the company already has a comprehensive business plan prepared and proper financial statements.  

Initial Public Offering Flat Fee Pricing

Fees vary depending on a multitude of factors, but in the right circumstances, the Bradshaw Law Group offers initial public offering flat fee pricing and can prepare your registration statement for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on a flat fee as low as $75,000.  

Flat Fee pricing for Reverse Merger Filing

Fees for a reverse merger can vary widely, but the Bradshaw Law Group can help a private company go public through a merger transaction into a public entity for a flat fee as low as $85,000.  

Flat Fee Annual Compliance Program for Public Companies (i.e., 1934 Act Filing a/k/a 10-Ks and 10-Qs)

After our clients use our initial public offering flat fee pricing, then they are publicly-reporting companies and need to continue their disclosures. The Bradshaw Law Group offers an annual compliance program with the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) on a flat annual rate.
